Your details stay with us.

This covers what we collect when you check your address, book a design visit, sign up for service or write to us, and what happens to it after that.

What we collect

Your name, email, phone number and the property address; anything you tell us about the house, including gate codes and other access notes; photos of the house and its planters, before and after we work on them; and, if you sign an agreement with us, your typed name, the time and your IP address as our record of that signature. If you save a card on file, Stripe holds the card details — we only ever see the card’s brand, last four digits and expiration.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, we message you about your visit and your seasonal plantings. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We don’t send marketing texts, and we never sell or share your number.

Who else sees it

A short list of services process your details on our behalf, and only to do their part: Stripe for saved cards and payments, our email provider to send booking, menu and account emails, Google Maps to look up and confirm addresses, and Railway to host the CRM and its database.We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and property records for as long as you're a customer and for a reasonable period after, so we can answer questions about past service. A booking or contact request that never becomes a customer is kept only as long as we need it to follow up, and is removed after that.

Photos

We photograph our work. We only share photos in which your house can be identified if you’ve agreed to it.
