Plant guarantee claims
On planters with drip irrigation, if a plant fails between refreshes we replace it free. It doesn’t cover hard freezes, hail, record heat, pests or tampering. Email us a photo and your address and we’ll take it from there.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to be home?
For the design visit, yes, so we can walk the house with you. For installs and seasonal refreshes, no — we’ll have already emailed you the date.
Do I get to choose the flowers?
Yes. Before each refresh we email you a flower menu with two to four options for your boxes and planters. Tap the one you like and we plant it. If you don’t pick, we plant our recommendation.
Is there a contract or a monthly fee?
No monthly fee and no long-term contract. You sign up for quarterly replantings and can opt out at any time, at no charge. You pay a deposit when you sign, then after each install and each planting.
What does it cost?
We quote your house after the design visit — every house is different, so we don’t publish prices. Your price depends on the size of your boxes and planters, plus sales tax. You pay a deposit when you sign, credited toward your install, then after each install and after each seasonal planting. If you change your mind, you can cancel within three business days of signing and get the deposit back in full.
Who owns the boxes?
You do. They’re billed when we install them, separately from the plantings, and they’re yours to keep, even if you stop service or sell the house.
Can you plant the planters I already have?
Yes. We can plant your existing window boxes, planters or garden boxes each season, on the same quarterly schedule.
Will window boxes damage my house?
We mount boxes on brackets about an inch off the wall, anchored into solid wall rather than the loose trim under the sill, so water drains away instead of staining. If you’d rather not drill, porch pots and freestanding planters need no holes at all. If you ever have a box taken down, we don’t patch the mounting holes.
How do the plants get watered?
Drip irrigation runs from your outdoor spigot on a timer, with a hidden line to each box and planter, so everything gets watered at dawn.
What if a plant dies?
On planters with drip irrigation, if a plant fails between refreshes we replace it free. It doesn’t cover hard freezes, hail, record heat, pests or tampering. Email us a photo and your address and we’ll take it from there.
Can I add holiday décor?
Yes — it’s the only add-on we offer, added to your winter planting. Choose it when you sign up, or email us any time and we’ll add it to your next winter refresh. We take it down again in January at no extra charge.
